Established in 2016, the wrestling landscape was changed forever. Wrestle Boutique quickly shattered through the wrestling gear barrier and established itself as a household name in the wrestling community. Since then, the brand has become widely known for its exclusive releases and constant drive to innovate the modern wrestling shoe.

Wrestle Boutique was the first brand to introduce exclusivity and limited-releases into the landscape. Wrestle Boutique believes in allowing wrestlers to express themselves on the mat with unique, limited, wrestling gear.

The Funkknit Dynamic Fit-Collar, Diag-Lace system, Carbon Fiber Power Plate, and more are all examples of wrestling shoe innovation which Wrestle Boutique has released. At this moment, the WB team is hard at work developing the newest technologies and materials which will continue to separate them from the competition.

Wrestle Boutique is also known to collaborate with other companies, individuals, and organizations to generate more excitement in the community. In the past Wrestle Boutique has worked with FloWrestling, PinCancer, Purler Wrestling Camps, Bryce Meredith, Seth Gross, and more!

Founder’s Story

It was a brisk, colorful fall when Connor first sparked the idea of Wrestle Boutique. At the time, Connor had just started his first semester of college at the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor.

Connor had begun the sport of wrestling at the age of five years old. Little did he know, wrestling was going to take over his life. He ate, slept, and lived wrestling all the way up to his senior year of high school. If you had met Connor growing up, it would be no surprise to you that he is now running one of most sought after wrestling brands in the United States. Growing up, he always had an entrepreneurial spirit. Most notably, Connor became heavily involved within the wrestling shoe community in seventh grade. He continued to buy, sell, and trade wrestling shoes all the way up to his senior year of high school within the Funky Flickr Boyz community.

During his time as a collector, he accumulated over 500 different pairs of wrestling shoes and countless singlets/other wrestling pieces. In his sophomore year of high school, he was diagnosed with a rare form of limb-girdle muscular dystrophy. However, through countless hours of extra practice and workouts, Connor was able to secure all-state status. He was the first member from his high school to achieve this in over twenty years. Unfortunately, by the end of his senior year, it was decided that it would be best for him to retire from competing. He sold off all his wrestling shoes and other gear. Several months later, this money was used to set the foundation of Wrestle Boutique.

Not only was Connor a vintage wrestling shoe guru, but he was also an avid sneakerhead throughout high school. A sneakerhead is one who buys, sells, and trades street shoes (Jordan's, Yeezy's, etc.). Through sneakers, Connor developed a strong appreciation for pop-culture and the resale markets. "Wouldn't it be cool if the sport of wrestling had gear which resembled our pop culture?", he thought. "Would it be possible to create a wrestling gear brand which had resale value beyond the initial retail value?", he often wondered. The idea was quite simple to Connor. He seamlessly combined his two passions. His love for wrestling and gear merged with pop-culture and resale attributes to create Wrestle Boutique.

Several years later, Connor is still running Wrestle Boutique. He handles all day-to-day operations. Furthermore, he is responsible for the design of all Wrestle Boutique products. He often says "Wrestle Boutique is not my job, it is my hobby. Nothing makes me happier than being able to watch others enjoy my creations".
