This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made on funkyflickrboyzgear.com, including Funky Flickr Boyz, Nidrogen, and Wrestle Boutique products.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
• Standard processing time is 1–3 business days.
• During high-volume periods (releases, drops, holidays), processing may extend to 3–5 business days.
Note: Processing times do not apply to pre-release “shock drop” orders. Shock-drop orders are processed and shipped around the same time as the official release date listed on the product page.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
We offer Standard Shipping only.

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once your order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
• Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
• If tracking shows no movement, please contact the carrier first, as they have the most up-to-date information.
Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address.
If the address is incorrect and:
The order has NOT been fulfilled:
• We can update the address one time upon request.
The order HAS been fulfilled:
• We cannot change the address after shipment.
• We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or returned packages due to incorrect addresses.
• If the package is returned to us, the customer must pay new shipping charges to reship it.
• Refunds are not offered for returned-to-sender packages.
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, the order is considered complete.
If your package is lost or missing:
Confirm the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.
Check with neighbors, household members, or your community mailbox.
Allow 24–48 hours for possible delayed delivery.
Open a claim directly with the courier first (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
If the courier is unable to locate the package, we can also file a claim on our end to assist.
Replacements cannot be guaranteed unless the courier confirms the package is lost.
For U.S. domestic shipments, if your package has not been delivered within 20 days of being shipped:
• We will open an official case with the carrier.
• If the carrier confirms it is lost, we will provide either a replacement (if inventory allows) or a full refund.
This 20-day policy applies only to domestic USA orders.
International shipments are not eligible for this guarantee due to variable customs and transit times.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to pick up from the post office, or missing apartment/unit number:
• New shipping charges must be paid to reship the package.
• Refunds are not issued for returned-to-sender packages.
International shipping is available.
Customers are responsible for:

International transit times vary by country and customs processing.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
