Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Funky Flickr Boyz Gear (“Funky Flickr Boyz,” “Nidrogen,” “Wrestle Boutique,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) releases limited-quantity, small-batch wrestling footwear and accessories. Due to the exclusive nature of our product drops, all purchases are considered final.


1. No Returns

All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns for refunds, store credit, or partial reimbursement under any circumstance.
This includes: change of mind, sizing issues, ordering the wrong item, or buyer’s remorse.


2. Exchanges Only (If Desired Size Is Available)

We offer exchanges only, and only if the desired size is in stock at the time your request is received.
Exchanges cannot be guaranteed due to limited inventory.


3. Exchange Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Shoes must be brand new, unworn, and unused

  • Shoes must be returned in all original packaging, including the shoe box and inserts

  • No signs of wear may be present (creases, dirt, odors, mat burn, pet hair, etc.)

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking)

Items that fail inspection will be returned to the customer at their expense.


4. How to Request an Exchange

To begin an exchange, email:

support@funkyflickrboyzgear.com

Include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for exchange

  • Desired replacement size

Requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.


5. Customer Is Responsible for All Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for:

  • Shipping the original item back to us

  • All carrier costs associated with sending the exchanged item

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


6. Exchange Process (Step-by-Step)

Step 1 — Place a New Order for the Desired Size
If the size you need is available, you must reorder it first. We cannot reserve inventory.

Step 2 — Ship the Original Pair Back
Ship your original item to the address provided by our support team.

Step 3 — Inspection & Refund of Original Order
Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will issue a refund for the original order (excluding shipping).
If the item fails inspection, no refund will be issued.


7. Defects Are Not Covered Here

Manufacturing defects and damaged-on-arrival items are handled separately under our Warranty & Defect Policy.
Warranty claims do not follow the exchange process listed above.


8. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny exchanges for:

  • Items showing signs of wear

  • Shipments returned without prior approval

  • Repeated or abusive return/exchange behavior


9. Acceptance of This Policy

By placing an order on funkyflickrboyzgear.com, the customer agrees to all terms listed in this Returns & Exchanges Policy.
