Order Cancellation Policy

This Order Cancellation Policy applies to retail purchases made through our website for Funky Flickr Boyz and Nidrogen products.

Because many of our products are released in limited quantities and orders may enter fulfillment shortly after being placed, customer-requested order cancellations are not accepted once an order has been submitted, except where required by applicable law.

Please review your items, sizing, shipping address, and payment information carefully before completing your purchase.

1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled at the customer's request.

This includes orders placed because of:

  • Accidental purchases
  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or product
  • Duplicate purchases
  • Changes of mind
  • Shipping or delivery expectations
  • Failure to apply a discount or promotional code
  • Pre-order or limited-release purchase decisions

Submitting an order reserves inventory and may immediately begin our fulfillment process. For that reason, we cannot guarantee that an order can be stopped once it has been placed.

2. ORDER EDITS

Although orders cannot be canceled, we may be able to make a limited change to an order before it enters fulfillment.

Possible changes may include:

  • Changing the size of an item
  • Switching to another available colorway
  • Replacing an item with another item of equal or lower value
  • Correcting a shipping address

Any requested replacement item must be in stock, and the change cannot increase the original order total or materially change the shipping cost.

We cannot:

  • Add additional products to an existing order
  • Change an order to a higher-priced product
  • Combine separate orders
  • Apply a discount code after an order has been submitted
  • Guarantee that any requested edit can be completed

Order changes are a courtesy and are not guaranteed. If the order has already entered fulfillment, the original order will ship as submitted.

To request an order edit, contact support@funkyflickrboyzgear.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

3. PRE-ORDERS AND LIMITED RELEASES

Pre-orders, limited releases, and products purchased during special drops cannot be canceled after purchase.

Inventory may be produced, allocated, or reserved based on orders received, so a later change in preference or expected delivery timing does not qualify the order for cancellation.

Any estimated shipping or release dates shown for a pre-order are estimates unless otherwise stated.

4. AFTER AN ORDER ENTERS FULFILLMENT

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been marked as fulfilled, we cannot make changes to the order.

This includes:

  • Size or color changes
  • Product substitutions
  • Address changes
  • Item additions or removals
  • Shipping method changes
  • Order cancellations

Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, any available delivery-management options are subject to the carrier's policies and systems.

5. SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you notice an error before your order enters fulfillment, contact us immediately. We will make a reasonable effort to correct the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

If an order has already been fulfilled or shipped, we may be unable to correct the address.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly because an inaccurate or incomplete address was provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us because of an address issue, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to send the package again.

6. ORDERS CANCELED BY US

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
  • Payment verification issues
  • Pricing, inventory, or website errors
  • Orders placed in violation of purchase limits
  • Suspected resale abuse or misuse of limited-release purchasing
  • Shipping restrictions
  • Other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

This policy applies only to order cancellations and pre-fulfillment changes.

Eligibility for exchanges, defective-product claims, or other post-delivery requests is governed by our separate Return & Exchange Policy.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY

By completing a purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this Order Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
