So excited to give this gift for Xmas to my son- the welcome gifts are wonderful and the shoes we ordered are perfect!!

Look and feel fantastic

My son an avid year round wrestler recently purchased these shoes with slight concern.
Those regarding the high ankle cover to easily get shoes on & the actual feel needed for competing at his best. Well upon putting them on, & working thru a quick break in, he is extremely happy & over the top anxious to put to the real test in his next upcoming duals. He said he could immediately sense the high qualities the shoes provide in comfort, stability, & of course the flash that brings smiles to his face! As the price was higher than any purchase we've made over the years the truth lies in sometimes you get what you pay for, & these did not disappoint. Now hopefully they hold up with use all the attributes he's so happy with. I at this point highly recommend!

Overall I love the comfort of the shoe. I wish they were not so tall and more the height of a standard wrestling shoe, as they feel almost like boxing shoes when laced up. The lightning bolt feels like it will tear up through the shoe at some point, as it's lifted up at the points straight out of the box. I got on the mats within 20mins of the delivery and felt like they didn't need breaking in at all. The size 11 feels more like a 12, because of the width, which I think most wrestling shoes seem a size smaller not bigger, so in my case this worked out fine. Vibrant colors, soft material aside from the plastic lightning bolt, and I like the extra pair of laces that give you the option of black, white or one of each. I would recommend these to other wrestlers and I'm sure the wrestlers I coach with be ordering some soon.

One of the most comfortable shoes I’ve worn the comfort is insane feels very soft and feels like it has thick cushioning without feeling bulky or making you slow great shoe.

Barely needed to break them in, money well spent!
